MOST: Italy-Israel joint research in Geophysics, Earthquakes, Natural Resources, Environmental monitoring of water bodies

 Italian-Israeli research teams are hereby invited to submit joint research proposals in the following areas:

Development and implementation of novel geophysical methods for:

1. a) Improved earthquake forecasting,
2. b) Discovery and exploring sub-surface natural resources (gas, oil, minerals),
3. c) Environmental monitoring of natural water bodies (aquifers, lakes, seas).

Funding: The total maximum funding for each individual project is approximately € 100,000 for Italian side and 450,000 NIS for the Israeli side, for 2 years
