Target Advancement: Focus on filling key translational gaps specific to particular targets. Funding: $100K for 1 year.

Therapeutic Pipeline Program: Disease-modifying or symptomatic strategies, either at pre-clinical or clinical stages. Funding: pre-clinical-$250K-400K over 2 yrs; clinical-by project requirements.

Outcome Measures: Seeks improved tools to assist in target validation, clinical trial design, execution and interpretation of results, including Imaging studies, Clinical/physiological studies, Biochemical assays/ outcome measures, Data Science. No set budget, up to 3 yrs.
