Early Career Investigator Award

Aim to encourage early career clinical and scientific investigators to pursue a career in the field of ataxia research. Applications for any form of ataxia are accepted for this award. Funding: $50K for 1 year. (No overhead)

Seed Money Grant

Funds new and innovative (early or pilot phase) studies that are relevant to the cause, pathogenesis or treatment of the hereditary or sporadic ataxias. Funding: $50K for 1 year. (No overhead)

Pioneer SCA3 Translational Research Award

Aim to make significant advancements in the development of treatments and/or improvements to patient care for Spinocerebellar Ataxia Type 3 (SCA3). Proposals may incorporate other forms of ataxia but must have a predominant focus on SCA3 translational or clinical research. Funding: $100K for 1 year. (No overhead)
