| General description: |
Small exploratory grant: Designed for new investigators who have a preliminary concept they would like to develop into a research project. Funding: up to £15 000.for 1 year. New investigation grant: Targeted to new investigators. Funding: up to £40 000 for up to 2 years. Major research grant: Applications may be in any area of spinal deformity research. These grant applications require evidence that the investigator has the experience and resources to complete the proposed research. As such, preliminary data is generally required. Funding: £100 000 per year up to 2 years. The BSRF does not usually make awards to applicants from outside the UK unless in collaboration with a UK centre. |
