Czech Republic / Israel Joint Industrial R&D projects

Czech Republic & Israel are announcing a new call for proposals for joint Industrial R&D projects.

The call aims at developing innovative products and applications in all technological and application areas.

Preferred technologies/sectors:
Although this call invites projects in ALL thematic areas, special focus is given to the following domains:
* Information and communication technologies;
* Sustainable and clean technologies;
* Agricultural and food-processing technologies;
* Biotechnologies and medical technology;
* Engineering (new materials, nanotechnologies, cybernetics and robotics);

Eligibility:
The partners should include at least one Israeli and one Czech R&D performing commercial company.
Universities and non-university research establishments in the two countries are invited to participate in the collaborative projects as subcontractors.

Funding:
The support is in the form of a conditional grant amounting generally up to 50% (+ regional incentives for companies located in designated "development zones") of the eligible R&D budget.
