Program: India/ Israel Industrial Cooperation Program (i4RD) (bi-lateral)

I4RD, a bilateral framework providing financial support for collaborative industrial R&D projects between India and Israel, is announcing a new call for proposals in the field of CleanTech.

Research Areas Covered:
The specific emphases to be covered under Cleantech are:
Environment
Water Technology / Water Management
Renewable Energy
Agro Technology
Materials

Consortium:
At least 1 Israeli industrial company +1 Indian Industrial company
Universities and non-university research establishments in the two countries are invited to participate in the collaborative projects as subcontractors.

Funding:
Innovative R&D projects with substantial potential for market success may get financial support in form of conditional grants for up to 50% of the approved R&D expenditures and up to US$500,000.
