Program: Hong Kong/ Israel Industrial R&D Cooperation (HKIC) The Hong- Kong/ Israel Industrial R&D Cooperation Program is a bi-national framework aimed to support collaborative commercially-focused R&D projects between Hong- Kong and Israeli companies. The call is open to all scientific domains. Universities and non-university research establishments in the two countries are invited to participate in the collaborative projects as subcontractors.
