Program: Renault/ Israel Technological & Industrial Cooperation

The aim of the call is to establish and enhance cooperation between RENAULT and Israeli  corporations  in Israel, inter alia, Israeli corporations that are involved in research and development of technologies that may be implemented in the  automotives industries, in order to help Israeli corporations  benefit from RENAULT's breadth, technology leadership, resources and worldwide presence.

Topics:
High performance electric motor and inverter concepts;
Electric drive train and electro technical components low cost manufacturing & assembly;
Low energy consumption air conditioning and temperature desoaking;
Li-ion battery packaging and fast exchange mechanical automation;
Power Electronics for fast charging and contactless charging (of-board/on-board);
Battery charging via solar photovoltaic pannels (on-board & of-board);
Battery durability and safety assessment and field testing;
Battery recycling;
Mission profiles and field tests for electric cars;
Transport planning;
Energy economics: fuel vs electricity, solar vs conventional electricity;

Universities and non-university research establishments are invited to participate in the collaborative projects as subcontractors.
