General description:	Program: The Seventh European Framework Program (FP7)- People (Marie Curie Actions) The ITN action aims to improve career perspectives of early-stage researchers (Upto 4 years from Masters), thereby making research careers more attractive to young people. This will be achieved through a trans-national network of Universities, Research Centers and Industry. Each participant will recruit or host Doctoral and Post-doc Fellows. Direct or indirect involvement of organisations from different sectors, including participation by private enterprises in appropriate fields, is considered essential in the action.
