| General description: |
DARPA is soliciting innovative multidisciplinary research proposals to rapidly develop and demonstrate non-contact methods to detect explosives embedded or packaged in opaque media with high water content (e.g., water, mud, meat/animal carcasses) at standoff. Funding depends on the quality of the proposals received and the availability of funds. Proposals were due by 18.12.2012, but they will receive and evaluate any proposals received prior to 15.4.2013. Selection may be made at any time during the solicitation period, so submitting as early as possible is best. |
