General description:

The MNI is requesting proposals on the following emergency management subjects:
1. Identifying, measuring and analysing physical, chemical, geological or biological phenomena that might indicate imminent threats to national infrastructures.
2. Research into the promotion of energy safety.
3. Tsunami risk assessment for coastal infrastructures.
4. Advanced methods and materials for improving the tsunami or earthquake resilience of existing infrastructures.
5. Analysing the relationship between warfare fortification of structures and land and marine natural phenomena.
6. Determining engineering parameters for the automatic shut-down during earthquakes of processes possibly harmful
to Israeli and regional infrastructures and energy supply.
Funding: up to 100% of the total required sum over a period not exceeding three years.
