| General description: |
Support significant research in the field of fundamental measurement or the determination of fundamental constants. To encourage basic, measurement related research in universities and colleges and other research laboratories and to foster contacts between NIST scientists and those faculty members of academic institutions and other researchers who are actively engaged in such work. Two new grants will be awarded. Funding: up to $150K for up to 3 years Pre-Applications (Abbreviated Applications) must be received by e-mail: pmg@nist.gov, no later than 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on April 9. Selected finalists (notified by May 9) will be invited to submit full proposals electronically through Grants.gov by July 9.
