הצעות המחקר יעסקו מימדים וההיבטים השונים של התחדשות עירונית בת קיימא ממגוון דיסציפלינות ותוכלנה לעסוק בנושאים כגון: כלי מדיניות ורגולציה, משפט קיים ומשפט רצוי מגבלות והזדמנויות במודלים כלכליים שונים כלכלה מקומית וצמיחה אורבנית מודלים חדשים בני קיימא להתחדשות עירונית שוויון וצדק חברתי וסביבתי בתהליכים אלה בנייה ירוקה והתייעלות אנרגטית שטחים פתוחים פרטיים (שפ"פ) ושטחים פתוחים ציבוריים (שצ"פ), שילוב טבע עירוני וערכים אקולוגיים מעורבות קהילתית ושיתוף הציבור תחבורה ציבורית והלכתיות. מימון: 30,000 ש"ח לשנה אחת, יוענקו עד 2 מענקי מחקר. |
