יש להודיע מראש לרשות המחקר על הגשה: נמצא בבדיקת המחלקה המשפטית מטרת הפרס לגייס את קהילת המחקר למציאת פתרונות חדשניים ויצירתיים למשבר האקלים באמצעות פיתוח ידע וטכנולוגיה שתהיה להם השפעה משמעותית על הפחתת גזי חממה וישנו את פני העתיד. על ההצעות להיות בתחום המיטיגציה :
