Astellas Oncology: C3 Prize Challenge (Non clinical support system for Cancer patients and caregivers)

The Prize addresses a major issue in cancer care including but not limited to:

* Navigation: guide cancer patients and their loved ones through the healthcare system and reduce the burden of decision making.

* Adherence: improve adherence to treatment plans.

* Care coordination: to provide clarity and ease to cancer patients and caregivers on how care is networked, coordinated, and delivered.

* Survivorship: to develop support systems as more people live longer with the disease or live longer cancer-free.

Funding: One grant of $50,000 and 4 grants of $12,500.
