Seeking creative solutions to address roadblocks to healthy pregnancies and births in three domains: * science & technology * service delivery * demand. Interventions sought: * substantially increase demand for and access to primary health interventions for women and newborns * substantially improve the quality of care as measured by health outcomes * and improve and sustain healthy behaviors. Three-page expression of interest. Seed & validation projects $250,000/2 yrs; transitional projects $2-million/4 yrs.
