U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA): Broad Agency Announcement

Aim: special projects and programs associated with NOAA's strategic plan and mission goals: (a) Understand and predict the impacts of a changing climate on weather patterns, water resources, and ocean and coastal ecosystems; (b) Assist society in preparing for and responding to weather-related events; (c) Maintain marine fisheries, habitats, and biodiversity sustained within healthy and productive ocean ecosystems. (d) Increase resiliency of coastal and great lakes communities and ensure they are environmentally and economically sustainable.
