Michigan State University Global Center for Food Systems Innovation (GCFSI): Research Grants

Aim: create innovation in the global food system by finding, incubating and evaluating new and potentially game-changing knowledge and technology based solutions to development challenges, especially those related to population growth, climate change and urbanization. Must propose implementation (testing/piloting, evaluation, scaling) to occur in one of the following countries: Bangladesh, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Nepal, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia, India, Indonesia, Philippines. Funding: Innovation Scalability Grants: up to$500,000 (required 1:1 match, contact Robi-2152 if applying), Innovation Evaluation Grants: up to $250,000, Early Stage Innovation Grants: up to $100,000.
