The aspiration of the Program in 2015 is the application of the outcomes of more recent research on leprosy biomarker/diagnostic research to the global effort to truly eliminate the disease. Successful applications would involve the development and implementation of old and new generations of biomarkers of leprosy infection and disease progression. Funding: up to $300K over 2 years.
