Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA): High Frequency Geolocation (HFGeo) Phases 2 and 3

The HFGeo program aims to dramatically improve the ability to detect and geolocate High Frequency (HF) signals that have been refracted from the ionosphere and are observed by sensors located on the surface of the earth.  Phases 2 and 3 focus on developing an integrated system and demonstrating in realistic conditions. Award unspecified/duration 18-33 months.
