Epilepsy Award (LOI): highly innovative, risky, paradigm-shifting projects that address CURE’s mission to cure epilepsy. Funding: $250,000 for 2 years.

Innovator Award (LOI): supports the exploration of a highly innovative, often risky new concept or untested theory that addresses an important problem relevant to epilepsy. Must reflect ideas substantially different from those being pursued by anyone in the epilepsy research field. Funding: up to $50,000 for one year.

Taking Flight Award (LOI): Research that involves collaboration and a multidisciplinary approach is desirable. Applicant will be required to discuss how this avenue of research is independent, and will lead him or her to a path of independent epilepsy research. Funding: up to $100,000 for one year.
