General description:

Encourages applications that strengthen the science of multilevel effects of cancer care interventions by addressing the problem of incomplete follow-up to abnormal screening tests for breast, colorectal, cervical and lung cancers. Goals are to advance the science of multilevel interventions to test interventions to improve the follow-up of abnormal screening. Usual range $450,000-500,000, but no more than $750,000 per yr/4 yrs.
