The Ministry of Construction and Housing – both its name and its aim. On the one hand the Ministry deals with creating the infrastructure for construction and the construction itself, in other words – the economic aspect. And on the other hand, it is concerned with the human level – providing housing solutions in public housing projects and subsidizing mortgages for purchasing apartments.
