The Progressive MS Alliance depends on contributions from many organisations and individuals. The estimated cost of the programme between 2014 and 2019 is €22.4m.
Alliance members contribute to and raise funds for the Alliance.

The Alliance’s legal and financial jurisdiction is in the United States. The National Multiple Sclerosis Society (USA) centralizes the financial administration of Alliance fund management and maximizes funds that drive MS research.
